Entries made after the deadline are prohibited\; no day-of entries allowed.\nEARLY CHECK-IN: \nTo speed up day-of staging\, we offer an early check-in option on Thursday\, December 3rd\, 2026\, from 3:00 pm-5:30 pm at the Chamber Office: 110 E. Broadway. You will be assigned your number in line up   leaving the parade route is prohibited. You will be directed by staff where to park in the post-parade parking lot. You may not unload riders on Main Street\, the parade route\, or Sheridan Ave\; Event Staff will direct you when it is safe to unload riders. All walkers must also complete the route.\nNOTE: THIS IS A LIGHTED PARADE. All floats must have lights associated with the entry.
