Description
Deadline for entry is 4:00 pm, 11/30/2025. This will be strictly enforced. Entries will be capped at 50 floats due to time and safety. Entries made after the deadline are prohibited; no day-of entries allowed.
EARLY CHECK-IN:
To speed up day-of staging, we offer an early check-in option on Thursday, December 3rd, 2026, from 3:00 pm-5:30 pm at the Chamber Office: 110 E. Broadway. You will be assigned your number in line up & given a map of staging area.
DAY OF PARADE CHECK-IN & STAGING:
If you did not do Early Check-In report to Interbank Community Room located at 320 N. Main, no later than 4:30 pm For placement, see a volunteer wearing a Safety Vest.
STAGING: ALL ENTRIES MUST BE IN PLACE AT INTERBANK BY 5:00 P.M.
Parade will begin promptly at 6:00 pm. Entries arriving after the parade has begun will not be allowed.
PARADE ROUTE WILL RUN SOUTH FROM INTERBANK TO BANCFIRST
Entries must complete the route, ending at the designated parking area at BancFirst parking lot; leaving the parade route is prohibited. You will be directed by staff where to park in the post-parade parking lot. You may not unload riders on Main Street, the parade route, or Sheridan Ave; Event Staff will direct you when it is safe to unload riders. All walkers must also complete the route.
NOTE: THIS IS A LIGHTED PARADE. All floats must have lights associated with the entry.
